Onset Islanders Association: Owners are members. $350 annually. Common areas and amenities include: Playground, Firehouse, Mainland and on island dinghy docks (14 ft. maximum). Golf cart for accessibility use, footpaths, almost a mile of island shoreline.

Island Residents: The Community hosts a variety of get togethers. Typical events include potluck, suppers, movie night, karaoke, crafts for kids, field days, 4th of July cart decorating contest and parade and Labor Day Fair and a book swap mini library. No winter activities are planned since there are not “many” year round residents here.

Over the years the “island kids” have had the run of the island and have shown an entrepreneurial spirit providing services such as Sunday paper delivery, hauling water, running a candy store and acting as water taxis to and from the island.

Current owner has a parking space which can be transferred to the new owner at a fee of $75.00 annually.
