Nancy is the realtor I have worked with since 1990's and would consider no other. Family property, history and values are significant to me. Recently Nancy helped me work through establishing a home site on family land for the 4th generation of Jacksons, and to make appropriate sale of the homesite of my grandparents in accord with my feelings and values. I had two homes to sell to settle my parents estate this year. Each of the properties had some known challenges, the pandemic market was a moving target, and I was not living close to either home. After independently researching my options, I selected Nancy Angus and Upper Cape based on reputation, professional representation, scale and completeness and competitiveness of the proposals. Nancy was fabulous to deal with in every way. As is often the case, additional unknown challenges were added along the way. Nancy’s real estate sales and development experience, knowledge of the area, personal network of reputable contractors, professional real estate law credentials, and calm personality were all very well appreciated as she consulted with and successfully guided me through every thorny challenge. Both home sales had happy endings with all issues resolved, offers at or above asking and buyers who appear to be perfect fits for their new homes. I have had personal experiences buying / selling residences in Massachusetts, Rhode Island and California but have never experienced anywhere near the level of competence, personal integrity and assistance from a realtor (sell side or buy side) that I experienced with Nancy and her firm in these two transactions.
